DELIVERY

We offer a free shipping service worldwide for all orders (accessories and shoe care exceeding of EUR 90 worldwide and EUR 60 for Ireland). Packages are generally sent in 2 - 3 days following the payment.

In the case of made-to-order items, the package is sent immediately after the item is produced. We will send a notification email including package-tracking number.

We recommend grouping all your articles in one single order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We deliver to around the world and we offer different shipping options to meet your needs.

In order to ensure your shopping without the hassle, for selected countries, we are now including the Customs Duties in the final prices without any price change. No more unexpected charges upon delivery, only delight and ease at your home!

The shipping time depends on the availability the item in stock.

The shipping time of shoes depends on the availability of your size on stock. If you don’t see your size available in stock, we need 15 working days for delivery your order.

During sales period, deliveries may take 2 or 3 business days longer than usual.

Taxes and Duties

To ensure that the most accurate understanding of pricing and delivery costs whilst browsing our online store, we recommend that you use the information below.

We charge 23% local VAT when sending to the countries comprising the European Customs Union. We are shipping to these countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:

For other countries, we do not charge taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we invite our buyers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Our online store worldwide delivery with Fedex (DHL - for delivery to Russia), the shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, as international courier for your orders, Fedex (DHL - for Russia) may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.

Please note that Russia is a DDU destination. You can find information about Russian custom duties on the Russian Federal Customs Service official website by clicking here. 

RETURN

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Just So Style online store. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All our products handmade. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

You have the right to return the products you purchased "Ready-To-Wear" for 14 days without giving any reason. The "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform JustSoStyle of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement sent by email to return@justsostyle.net Please indicate your name, order reference and items you would like to return. We will come back to you with the instructions.

All products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

To be considered for a refund or exchange, the products returned must be in the unused condition, in the original packaging, with the original labels. Shoes must not be worn, especially soles must not have any marks.

Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Please send all products you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Except preparation mistake, return shipping fees are paid by the customer.

We recommend that the articles be sent by registered package with acknowledgement of receipt. Otherwise, Just So Trading cannot be responsible in case of loss and cannot proceed refund or exchange.

Please indicate your name and your order reference in your package.

Right of Withdrawal for "Made-To-Order" products.

The Customer has a right of withdrawal or stop the order may exercise within a period of 7 calendar days following the date of sent of the Order. If such period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a holiday or other non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

As provided by the provisions of the Consumer Code of Ireland, after of 7 calendar days Customers shall in no case be entitled to a right of the return, exchange or stop their Orders of "Bespoke", "Made-To-Order", personalized Products or Products manufactured-to-their specifications which by their nature can not be resold.

Return, exchange requests or stop the order does not apply for customized items: Made-To-Order and "Bespoke" items.

In the event that Just So Style accepted the Customer's refusal to stop the order or other reservations stopping the order, and subject to the above general conditions of online sales, Just So Style can be shall reimburse only 50 (fifty) percent of the total price of the product "Made-To-Order".

EXCHANGE.

We are currently unable to support exchanges through www.justsostyle.net. You can return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received and you may place your reorder at any time.

Please inform us as soon as possible about the desired article so we can make necessary arrangements.
